The Plumas Housing Council was established in 2022 by The Almanor Foundation to support housing efforts across Plumas County. This collaborative coalition brings together nonprofits, employers, builders, and government agencies to align and advance housing solutions for residents countywide. By bridging sectors, the Council works to ensure that safe, attainable housing is accessible for all who live and work in Plumas communities.
