Over the next 3 years, 38-40 homes will be developed on 19-20 sites throughout Plumas County as a primary dwelling and attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). Each 2-bed, 2-bath home will contain private entrances and yard space. This project will support young, working families, with a major emphasis on the Greenville area.
