This is a unique development model where local community members pool their resources to fund a 3-bed, 2-bath manufactured home available for purchase. The program intends to help young families return to or make Greenville their home in the wake of the Dixie Fire. The first home has already been built and sold to a fire survivor, and homes 2 and 3 are in process.
